Dmitriy is a member of the Public Council of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare Consulting, and Public Council of the Ministry of Health. His main areas of interest are tobacco control, financial services and food safety. In 2014 he won the Judy Wilkenfeld Award for International Tobacco Control Excellence and in 2015 KONFOP won Bloomberg Philanthropies Award for their work in enforcing bans on tobacco advertising and sponsorship.
