Nisha Arora
Senior Director, Competition and Markets Authority and President
International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN)

Nisha is Senior Director at the Consumer, Competition and Markets Authority, UK; and President of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (2015-2016). She is also a Senior Director in the CMA’s Enforcement Directorate, responsible for their consumer enforcement work covering a wide range of markets, including online and public services. In July 2015, Nisha became President of ICPEN, a network of over 50 consumer law enforcement agencies from across the globe. Prior to her current role at the CMA, Nisha was Senior Director in the Office of Fair Trading.
